Meet Roger your Metro Vancouver/North Shore Real Estate Agent
Completed his BA from UBC in Economics/Geography and worked in Corporate Trust Management during the 1980s. Unable to sit still, it was time to get away from the desk to work as a technician in the BC Film Production Industry, earning credits from TV Series to Epic Movies. Throughout these decades, Real Estate played a huge role in defining his true West Coast Lifestyle.
Why I am different
Having lived and worked in Crescent Beach, Kerrisdale, Gastown, West End, Coquitlam, Port Moody, West Vancouver and home now, is Grand Boulevard, Roger’s knowledge of Metro Vancouver’s hoods is remarkable. His confidence as a skilled negotiator places Clients at the forefront, with the duty and privilege to inspire, educate and inform. Roger tells you what you do not want to hear when Buying, and what you need to know when Listing your home.
I believe in giving back
The fees generated for my services, are spread among Charitable Organizations (currently the Canadian Cancer Society and BC Alzheimers) and often an unexpected little surprise back to his clients.
In my Free Time
Roger is engaged as an appointed member of the CNV Parks and Environment Advisory Committee and participates in the Committees role and to advise City Councillors, Developers and Indivuals who have submitted proposals before The City.
Roger makes time specifically for why life on the West Coast has such a world renown appeal… enjoying the great outdoors. Also, playing the artful chef at home, and the physical nature of intensive horticulture, or just cycling the hills of the North Shore.
Happily married to Antero for 24 years, life is good!
